Meal Prep
Life is hectic and we all need some back pocket recipes that can be prepped in advance, keep well in the refrigerator and can feed the entire family.
This week, prep some of my peanut butter and jelly overnight oats, classic BBQ meatloaf cups, spaghetti pie and pumpkin cookie dough bites and have breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks ready to rock.
