How to make maple pumpkin butter

  • Butter: You'll want a stick of softened, room temperature butter.
  • Pumpkin: Some canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling).
  • Maple syrup: A few tablespoons will add sweetness and that classic maple flavor to this butter.

    Loved this recipe. I like your method of making scones without kneading them. May substitute butterscotch chips instead to chocolate chips next time.
