Simple 5 ingredient maple pumpkin butter recipe with butter, pumpkin, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt to go on rolls, bagels or toast.


Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt


  1. Using a hand or stand mixer, whip butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt and continue to whip until soft and fluffy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings/sweetness, if desired.


Storage Tip: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to one week.
