The best fresh grape salsa with red seedless grapes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1-pound red seedless grapes, stemmed and quartered (about 3 cups)
  • ½ small red onion, peeled and minced
  • ½ medium jalapeno, stemmed, seeded and minced
  • ½ bunch cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • Zest and juice of 1-2 medium limes
  • Coarse salt, to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized glass bowl.
  2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, then taste and adjust the seasoning, if necessary.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

Storage Tip: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
