An easy Chex mix with whole grain cerel, pretzels, Goldfish crackers, nuts and popcorn in a flavorful spice mixture.



Seasoning Mix:

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon coarse salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Snack Mix:

  • 3 cups Wheat Chex
  • 3 cups Rice Chex
  • 2 cups Multigrain Cheerios
  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists
  • 2 cups whole grain Goldfish Crackers
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts
  • ¼ cup roasted cashews
  • 4 cups air popped popcorn (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil, Worcestershire, salt, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder until combined.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the cereals, pretzels, Goldfish crackers, peanuts and cashews. Drizzle with the seasoning mix and toss to evenly coat.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the two prepared baking sheets and spread into one even layer. Bake for 1 hour or until mix is lightly browned. Let cool, then fold in the popcorn (if using) and transfer to airtight containers or large Ziploc bags.


Storage Tip: Store in the airtight containers or Ziploc bags up to 2 weeks in a dry, cool spot.
